Conditions for the Returns and Replacement Policy:
To be eligible for any kind of return or exchange, you must follow the following guidelines:

The item or items must still be in their original, unused state.
The Gemfortune team will look over and check any replacement items.
Our Returns & Replacement Policy does not cover damage caused by neglect or improper use. The product must be returned with the original Product Certificate, the original/copy of the invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates etc.
If you meet the above requirements, you can return loose gemstones within five days for a full refund of the purchase price. Note: Delivering charges, certificate charges, Tank and obligations are not refundable.

Policy for Returns on Loose Gemstones:
any jewelry that was made just for you, like rings, pendants, bracelets, and so on. cannot be exchanged for cash. However, you can request a store credit equal to 75% of your invoice value by returning the item within seven days of delivery. This credit can be used toward future purchases.

Dropping Strategy
Assuming that you drop your adornments request, Gemfortune will deduct making charges of 20% off the complete price tag. Gemfortune will deduct the certification fee if you cancel your order after selecting paid certification.

Note:

Taxes, GST, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipment is at client's expense
Installment Door charges, if material, won't be discounted. The payment gateway does not refund these because they are directly billed.
Furthermore, any extra lab endorsement that might have been requested separated from the free alongside the gemstone, will not be discounted in the bring installment back.
The return will be processed within seven to ten business days (from the date the product is received at our address). Please be aware that it may take the banks and credit card company another week to reflect this in your account.
In the event of disagreement, the following terms apply:

Gemfortune does not provide any assurances regarding the benefits or efficiency of our products. As stated in the bill of sale, any and all future outcomes—whether they occur or not—are personal in nature.
The gemstone will be tested by the company at its government-approved and accredited laboratory if there is any doubt about its authenticity after it has been purchased from the company. The laboratory's report is final, and the customer is not allowed to dispute it or insist on having the gemstone tested by another lab.
Any dispute arising out of the company's sale of any material or gem in terms of the invoice shall be referred for arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, by an Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. The customer shall not object to the arbitrator's decision, which shall be final and binding on the customer. All disputes shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi.
